Eli Deiomes tapped as new SFLm Commissioner
The Simulation Football League is proud to announce the continued investment in the Minor League of the SFL, SFLm, which will begin its 12th season in 2026. Eli Deiomes will take over as Commissioner.
"I could not be more pleased with Eli's professionalism and passion throughout this process," said SFL Commissioner Cameron Irvine. "I have no doubts that she is the perfect fit to guide the SFLm into the next era of developmental football for the SFL."
Under her direction, JW Hartshorn will serve as Deputy Commissioner and Alex West will continue to play a major role as Production Lead. Additional help to elevate the minor league's includes DJ Kilganon as SFLm Commentary Lead, Marc Lopez as Stats Lead, Joshua Williams as Social Media Lead and Mikayla Fouraker as Marketing Lead.
“This isn’t just about fixing what’s broken, it’s about honoring what’s worth saving and building the future it deserves," Deiomes said. "As Commissioner, my personal mission will be to restore the SFLm to its rightful place as a respected, exciting, and forward-thinking league — one that the SFL community and Cameron Irvine can proudly stand behind."
Deiomes becomes the first female Commissioner in the Simulation Football universe since its inception in 2013.
Under the leadership of Alex West, the second Commissioner in the league's history, the SFLm had successful 10th and 11th seasons, grooming leadership of the Anchorage Wolves and Birmingham Hellhounds to elevate their franchise's to the pros, while completing two successful seasons grooming the next batch of SFLm talent.
More rollouts in the minor league will be announced in the coming weeks. Stay tuned to simfl.net and the league's Discord server for all news updates related to SFL and the SFLm.
