ARTICLE BY ELI DEIOMES [S'cylle Aldmiir] | SFLm Commissioner
A New Era. A Bigger Stage. A League Ready to Rise.
The wait is over.
Tomorrow, March 10 2026, the Simulation Football League Minor launches Season 12, opening with two electrifying matchups, followed by a third Primetime showdown on March 12. From there, fans can expect two games every Tuesday and a featured Primetime clash every Thursday — a consistent rhythm designed to spotlight competition at its highest level.
Season 12 isn’t just another entry in the record books.
It marks the beginning of a new chapter.
Expansion Meets Established Power
Two new teams have joined the SFLm this offseason, taking the places of the Anchorage Wolves and Birmingham Hellhounds. They are:
- The Oregon Waves
- The Boston Cavalry
Expansion teams always bring unpredictability — bold play-calling, hungry rosters, and something to prove.
Standing across from them are four returning franchises who know exactly what this league demands:
- The New York Gargoyles
- The San Jose Flight
- The San Diego Aces
- The Philadelphia Cougars
These organizations return seasoned, focused, and ready to defend their place in a league that only grows more competitive each year.
Season 12 is shaping up to be one of the most balanced and explosive campaigns yet.
Staff Hype: Built for Stability. Driven for Growth.
Behind every kick-off is a foundation of preparation — and Season 12 has been built with intention.
Under new leadership, the league has spent the offseason refining operations, aligning structure, strengthening communication, and ensuring every department is positioned for a seamless launch. From ownership coordination and rule continuity to production planning and media rollout, the work has been deliberate and thorough.
The executive team reflects both experience and evolution:
- J.W. Hartshorn, a respected head coach and competitive mind, steps into the role of Deputy Commissioner — bringing strategic insight and leadership perspective to league operations.
- Former SFLm Commissioner Alex West now leads the Production Team, ensuring every broadcast meets the high standard fans expect
- DJ Kilganon widely recognized as the Voice of the SFLm, returns as Lead Broadcaster — delivering energy, clarity, and drama to every snap.
- Media & Marketing Directors Joshua “Swole” Williams and Mikayla Fouraker guide the league’s storytelling, fan engagement, and weekly content initiatives — expanding visibility and driving community growth.
- And of course, brand new Commissioner Eli Deiomes, bringing a strong focus on structure, community growth, and creative direction. With a background in branding, media, and league operations, I have led the effort to streamline processes, strengthen communication between departments, and elevate the league’s overall presentation. My leadership emphasizes collaboration, professionalism, and building an environment where players, staff, and fans can thrive together
This isn’t just staffing.
This positions Season 12 for sustained momentum both on and off the field.

A MESSAGE FROM THE COMMISSIONER:
Season 12 represents more than kickoff day for me. This represents what I am willing and able to do for this league, and for this community.
It represents collaboration, resilience, and belief — belief in the staff who have poured hours into preparation, belief in the coaches and owners who continue to invest in their teams, and belief in the players who show up week after week ready to compete.
This offseason was about laying the groundwork properly. Making sure every department had clarity. Making sure our structure supports growth. Making sure when we say “we’re ready,” we truly mean it.
Now, it’s time to play.
To our returning franchises — welcome back.
To our expansion teams — welcome to the stage.
To the fans — this season is for you.
Season 12 kicks off TOMORROW, March 10.
