SFL Week 11 Playoff Picture
With five weeks left to go in the regular season, the Simulation Football League playoffs are heating up.
The all new playoff format starts this season and here's a recap of what you need to know:
- The three division winners earn at least a top four seed and a Quarterfinal home playoff game
- The three, 2nd place winners earn a top six seed and a first round bye
- The best four teams who finish third place or worse in their division make up the Wild Card teams, seeded 7-10 based on non-division tiebreakers.
So with that said, here are the updated division standings:

- Birmingham is the current South leader, winning the division record tiebreaker.
- Anchorage is currently 2nd in the West thanks to their head-to-head win over Washington. Mexico City is currently 2nd in the South thanks to their head-to-head win over Houston.
With Vancouver, Birmingham and Detroit in the top 4, which non-division winner gets a top 4 seed? D.C. wins that tiebreaker with their head-to-head win over Mexico City.
With all that sorted, here's what the bracket would look like if the playoffs started today:

- Washington leads Minnesota for the No. 8 spot thanks to strength of victory and Arizona would claim the last spot over Los Angeles, Florida or Bossier City - also on strength of schedule.
The Season 26 SFL Playoffs begin with a Wild Card Weekend doubleheader Saturday May 9 at 6:30 and 9 pm ET. The Quarterfinals will take place Friday May 15 and Saturday May 16 at 6:30 and 9 pm ET. The Semifinals will take place Saturday May 23 at 6:30 and 9 pm ET. The 26th SFL Championship Game will kick the weekend of May 30 on a date and time to be determined.
